Bij EUROCOUNT Advisories Pvt. Ltd. werken wij op basis van heldere afspraken, duidelijke governance en naleving van Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving.
Onze dienstverlening biedt Nederlandse kantoren hoogwaardige backofficecapaciteit, met behoud van regie, kwaliteit en compliance.
Daarom zijn onze Service Level Agreement (SLA), ons governancemodel en onze Wwft-werkwijze nauw met elkaar verbonden.
At Eurocount Advisories Pvt. Ltd., we operate exclusively on the basis of clear agreements, strict governance, and full compliance with Dutch laws and regulations.
Our services are designed to support Dutch accounting, tax, and advisory firms with high quality back-office capacity — without any loss of control, quality, or compliance.
For this reason, our Service Level Agreement (SLA), governance framework, and AML (Wwft) approach are fully integrated and inseparable.

Een duidelijke afbakening van de werkzaamheden van de backoffice, zoals: A clearly defined delineation of the activities performed by the back office, such as:
- Financiële administraties (Dutch GAAP) Financial bookkeeping in accordance with Dutch GAAP

Onze dienstverlening ondersteunt Nederlandse kantoren bij hun Wwft-verplichtingen, zonder overdracht van verantwoordelijkheden. Our services are explicitly designed to support Dutch firms in fulfilling their AML (Wwft) obligations, without transferring responsibility.

- EUROCOUNT Advisories is geen Wwft-instelling Eurocount Advisories is not an AML-obliged institution

ONDERSTEUNENDE WWFT-WERKZAAMHEDEN SUPPORTING AML ACTIVITIES
Binnen de SLA kunnen wij administratieve ondersteuning bieden bij: Within the SLA, we can provide administrative support, including:
- Vastlegging en structurering van Wwft-dossiers Recording and structuring AML files
- Controle op volledigheid van aangeleverde documentatie Checking the completeness of provided documentation
- Signalering van onvolledigheden of inconsistenties Signalling inconsistencies or missing information
- Voorbereiding van dossiers voor interne beoordeling Preparing files for internal review
Deze werkzaamheden zijn uitsluitend administratief en ondersteunend van aard. These activities are strictly administrative and supportive in nature.
SIGNALERING & ESCALATIE SIGNALLING & ESCALATION
Indien tijdens de werkzaamheden afwijkingen of risico-indicatoren worden gesignaleerd: If potential deviations or risk indicators are identified during our work:
- worden deze gerapporteerd aan het Nederlandse kantoor They are reported in a structured manner to the Dutch firm
- vindt geen beoordeling of besluitvorming plaats door EUROCOUNT Advisories No assessment or decision-making is performed by Eurocount Advisories
- blijft de besluitvorming bij de Wwft-verantwoordelijke van het kantoor Final decisions remain fully with the AML-responsible officer of the Dutch firm
